Nov-8-2009 I called Specialized Floor Care after seeing their listing on the internet (via google). We had a problem with a stain on a new marble vanity purchased from a local stone vendor. I decided to call SFSC and received a callback almost instantly. They could have told me that he would have come to remedy the problem. However, he gave me instructions how to do it myself, thereby not charging me for his help. It worked!! I cannot thank him enough for his expert help. Stains in stone such as marbe, granite, limestone, travertine and other can be removed by using a poulticizing process.  This is a process of mixing the correct cleaning solution with an absorbent powder such as plain talc powder to a paste and applying it the stain and let it dry.
